Robots for hotels: room delivery, breakfast service, lobby cleaning
Robots take over the carrying and the floor care, so your team stays with guests. We supply, install and maintain them, for purchase, rental or RaaS.
IN BRIEF
Updated
A hotel can hand three repetitive jobs to robots: deliveries to rooms and floors, tray runs in the restaurant, and floor care in the lobby and corridors.
PUDU FlashBot Max rides lifts on its own and needs 60 cm of passage.
Robot Distribution supplies these robots in Europe for purchase, rental or RaaS.
WHAT ROBOTS DO
Three jobs that take staff away from guests.
Room and floor delivery
Towels, amenities and late orders go to the room door in a locked compartment, including at night when a small team covers the front desk.
Breakfast and restaurant service
A tray robot carries dishes to the table and returns used plates, so servers stay with guests during the breakfast peak.
Floor care in public areas
Lobby, corridors and restaurant floors are swept, scrubbed or vacuumed every day, at hours that are hard to staff.

HOW DEPLOYMENT WORKS
From site survey to after-sales.
Site survey
We walk the routes with you before any order: passage widths, door thresholds, floor gaps, slopes, lifts and doors, Wi-Fi coverage, charging and water points. The survey decides the model.
Mapping and commissioning
The robot is mapped on site, routes and no-go zones are set, and lifts, doors or call systems are connected where the model supports it.
Training
Operators learn daily use, charging and cleaning, error recovery and the emergency stop. One site lead learns to change routes and maps.
After-sales
Remote diagnosis first, then a part or a technician. Preventive maintenance and software updates can be part of a service contract or of a RaaS fee.
ACQUISITION
Buy, rent, or pay by the month.
- BUYOwn the robotOne invoice, with warranty and an optional service contract quoted alongside.

REGULATION
What European law asks, in plain language.
Updated · General information, not legal advice.
Read the Machinery Regulation guide- CE marking and EU declaration of conformityEvery robot we deliver carries the CE marking and comes with the manufacturer's EU declaration of conformity, which we check before delivery.
- Machinery Regulation (EU) 2023/1230The Machinery Regulation applies from 20 January 2027 and replaces Directive 2006/42/EC. It adds requirements for autonomous mobile machinery, safety software and protection against corruption.
- GDPR and robots with camerasA robot that films or maps a place where people can be identified processes personal data. The operator needs a legal basis, informs the people concerned and limits how long images are kept.
- Your risk assessmentAs an employer, you include the robot in the risk assessment of the workplace like any other work equipment. The manufacturer's instructions state the residual risks and the training required.
- Guests and privacyCorridors and lobbies are places where guests can be identified. Tell guests that robots with cameras operate in the building, and check with the manufacturer what the cameras record and where the data is stored.
FAQ
Questions hotels ask us.
Can a delivery robot use the hotel lifts?
Some can. PUDU FlashBot Max calls and rides lifts through a cloud or hardware link, according to its manufacturer. Lift integration is checked during the site survey, with your lift maintenance company.
Do the robots film guests, and how is GDPR handled?
Most delivery and cleaning robots navigate with cameras and laser sensors. If people can be identified in the images, the hotel processes personal data: it needs a legal basis, informs guests and limits how long images are kept.
How wide must corridors be?
The minimum passage width is published by each manufacturer: 60 cm for PUDU FlashBot Max, 65 cm for PUDU BellaBot Pro and 70 cm for PUDU CC1. The site survey measures every route, doors open.
Can we rent a robot for the high season only?
Yes. Robot Distribution rents robots from 1 day to 12 months, delivered, set up and collected, and offers RaaS contracts of 24 to 60 months for a permanent fleet.
