USE CASE · HOSPITALITY
A guest asks for towels, a toothbrush or a room service tray: the robot takes the order to the room door, lift included. The receptionist never leaves the desk.

Updated
A room delivery robot carries guest requests, from linen to room service, from the front desk or the pantry to the guest's door.
The KEENON W3 has four lockable private compartments, carries 20 kg, rides lifts on its own and runs 12 h on a charge according to its manufacturer.
Robot Distribution delivers it, prepares the lift interface with your lift company, maps the floors, trains the team and maintains it, to buy, rent or as RaaS.
WHY
In the evening and at night, room requests come in while the front desk runs with one or two people: a toothbrush, a pillow, a bottle of water, an order from the bar. Every trip upstairs ties up the receptionist for several minutes and leaves the desk empty.
The robot takes those trips. Guests collect their order from a closed compartment at their door without waiting for someone to be free, and reception stays available for arrivals, departures and the phone.
HOW IT RUNS
The receptionist or room service puts the items in a compartment, closes it and enters the room number on the robot's screen.
It calls the car, goes up to the floor and follows the corridors recorded at commissioning, stopping for guests, luggage and housekeeping trolleys.
At the room, the robot announces its arrival. The guest opens the compartment assigned to them and takes the order; the others stay closed.
The robot goes back down to reception or to its charging dock on its own. With several compartments, one round can serve several rooms.

BEFORE INSTALLING
Make, model and controller are noted: to call the car and pick the floor, the robot needs an interface fitted with your lift company.
Corridor width, fire doors, thick carpet and sills are noted. The KEENON W3 needs a 70 cm passage and handles 7° slopes according to its manufacturer.
Coverage must be stable in corridors and lift lobbies, not only in the lobby and the rooms.
Who loads the robot, where it waits, how guests are told: the flow is set with reception and room service on commissioning day.
