This policy applies to the personal data processed through robot-distribution.com: forms, reseller area, newsletter and browsing.

Data we collect

  • Identity and contact details: full name, company, job title, work email, phone, country, preferred language.
  • Project details you give us: site, robots of interest, acquisition mode, quantities, dates, messages and attachments.
  • Reseller account data: company details, users, orders, quotes, after-sales tickets and documents.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser, pages requested, date and time, kept in server logs for security.
  • Your cookie choice (see the cookies policy).

We do not collect sensitive data within the meaning of Article 9 GDPR. Fields marked as required are needed to answer your request; the others are optional.

Recipients and processors

Your data is used by the authorised staff of Lammar Innovative (sales, after-sales, accounting) and, for the part they need, by the reseller or integrator in your area when you ask to be served by one. It is never sold.

Each processor acts on our documented instructions under a data processing agreement (GDPR Art. 28). Carriers, payment and e-signature providers receive only the data needed for an order you place.

International transfers

Some processors are established in the United States or may give their support teams access from there. These transfers are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses (SCCs) and, where the provider is certified, by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, together with additional security measures (encryption in transit and at rest, access control). You can obtain a copy of the safeguards by writing to us.

At the end of these periods the data is deleted or anonymised. The back office applies these periods automatically to leads and contacts.

Your rights

  • Access to your data and a copy of it.
  • Rectification of inaccurate data.
  • Erasure, within the limits of our legal obligations.
  • Restriction of processing.
  • Objection to processing based on legitimate interest, and at any time to direct marketing.
  • Portability of the data you gave us, for processing based on consent or contract.
  • Withdrawal of consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing.
  • Instructions on what happens to your data after your death (French Data Protection Act).

Security and changes

Access to personal data is limited by role and recorded in an audit log; data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. We update this policy when our processing changes; the date at the top of the page shows the current version.
