Where are the toilets, which level is the shop on, when does the exhibition close: the robot answers the questions that come back all day and walks visitors to the right place.

Updated
A reception robot greets visitors at the entrance, answers common questions by voice or on screen and walks them to the shop, room or desk they are looking for.
The OrionStar GreetingBot Nova holds conversations with a large language model, moves at up to 1.2 m/s and runs 12 to 14 h on a charge according to its manufacturer.
Robot Distribution delivers it, maps the site, loads your information (map, opening hours, services), trains the team and maintains it, to buy, rent or as RaaS.
WHY
At the entrance of a shopping centre, a head office or a museum, most questions are alike: a map, a time, a service, a direction. Hosts answer them from morning to night, often at the expense of requests that really need a person.
The robot takes those repetitive questions and the walk to the destination. It also catches the eye: in a lobby or a showroom it becomes a visible information point, available from opening to closing.
HOW IT RUNS
Stationed at the entrance or the information point, it greets people who come close and offers help by voice and on its touchscreen.
By voice or on screen: a shop, a time, a service. Answers rely on the site information loaded at commissioning and kept up to date by your team.
If the destination is on the map, it guides the visitor at their pace to the shop, room or desk, then returns to its post.
For a request outside its scope, it points to the reception desk. The GreetingBot Mini can also start a video call with a remote host.
