IN BRIEF
Updated · Source: manufacturer's published specifications
The Yaskawa Motoman HC10DTP is a collaborative robot by Yaskawa. Key figures published by the manufacturer: payload 10 kg, reach 1,200 mm and axes 6. It also lists ingress protection: IP67. Robot Distribution supplies it in Europe to buy, rent or as RaaS, with its EU declaration of conformity, from €38,090 ex VAT.
OVERVIEW
The Motoman HC10DTP is Yaskawa’s six-axis collaborative robot for 10 kg loads, taught by hand guiding or with the Smart Pendant. According to the manufacturer, it offers a 1200 mm effective reach (2400 mm vertically), ±0.05 mm repeatability and IP67 protection, and it is lubricated with NSF H1 food-grade grease. It moves its tool at 1000 mm/s in collaborative operation and up to 2000 mm/s when the cell runs in non-collaborative mode.
It suits machine tending, assembly, packaging and food handling, where the IP67 body and food-grade grease make cleaning and wet environments easier to manage. Air, Ethernet and I/O run through the arm, which keeps cables away from the tool. Check the 0 to 40 °C operating range, the 1.0 kVA supply, the mounting (floor, ceiling, wall or tilted) and whether the YRC1000micro or the full YRC1000 controller suits your line.
Robot Distribution can source the HC10DTP on request and coordinate the cell with an integrator familiar with Motoman programming.
