IN BRIEF
Updated · Source: manufacturer's published specifications
The Partner Robotics L3000 is a construction robot by Partner Robotics. Key figures published by the manufacturer: cleaning efficiency 200 to 300 sqm/h, ±3 mm accuracy and weight 21 kg. It also lists charging time: 2 h. Robot Distribution supplies it in Europe to buy, rent or as RaaS, with its EU declaration of conformity. Price on request.
OVERVIEW
Partner Robotics, a Dongguan company founded in 2023, builds the L3000 to print CAD/BIM layout lines straight onto concrete floors. According to the manufacturer, the 21 kg unit measures 506 × 316 × 263 mm, marks axis lines to 2 mm and edge or control lines to ±3 mm, and moves at up to 1.0 m/s. It covers at least 200 m²/h in residential buildings and 300 m²/h in commercial ones, and draws up to 1,500 m of solid line per fill.
The robot is meant for structural floors on residential and commercial sites, where wall, column and partition positions have to be transferred from drawings to the slab. The manufacturer gives a runtime of more than 5 hours, a 2-hour charge, a 48 V DC supply and an IP54 rating. Before ordering, check that drawings exist in a usable CAD/BIM format, that slabs can be cleared while it works, how site reference points will be set up, and where marking fits in each floor's sequence.
Unlike the GNSS sports-field markers in this range, which work outdoors at centimetre level from templates, the L3000 works on indoor slabs at millimetre level from building drawings; Partner Robotics also makes tile-paving and mortar-levelling robots. Robot Distribution delivers it through a partner integrator who connects it to your drawing workflow and trains the site team.
