Every STEP robot we supply comes with its EU declaration of conformity. We are reviewing the range model by model against Machinery Regulation (EU) 2023/1230, which applies from 20 January 2027.

Service
Parts, repairs and operator training are handled by Robot Distribution in Europe. Robots can also be rented or taken on a RaaS contract, so a trial does not need a purchase.

EU declaration of conformity. Supplied with every robot, with the technical file available to resellers on request.

After-sales and parts. One point of contact for diagnosis, repair and replacement parts, under warranty and after it.

Training. On-site or remote sessions for operators and for the reseller's own technicians.

Rental and RaaS. Short rental, medium rental, or one monthly fee covering robot, maintenance, software and replacement.
Are STEP robots delivered with their EU declaration of conformity?
Yes. Every STEP robot Robot Distribution supplies is delivered with its EU declaration of conformity, and the technical file is available to resellers on request.
Can I rent a STEP robot before buying it?
Robot Distribution offers short rental (1 to 30 days), medium rental (1 to 12 months) and Robotics-as-a-Service contracts (24 to 60 months). The written quote states which acquisition modes apply to each STEP robot.
Who handles after-sales and spare parts for STEP robots in Europe?
