The SIASUN HC-X2-B is a mobile robot platform by SIASUN. Key figures published by the manufacturer: payload 670 kg, ±0.3 mm and sLAM and QR code. Robot Distribution supplies it in Europe to buy, rent or as RaaS, with its EU declaration of conformity. Price on request.
OVERVIEW
SIASUN, the Shenyang automation group founded in 2000, mounts one of its own collaborative arms on an in-house mobile platform to create the HC-X2-B mobile collaborative robot. According to the manufacturer, the platform accepts up to 670 kg, the body measures 1,250 × 600 × 700 mm, and overall accuracy reaches ±0.3 mm. Navigation combines SLAM with QR-code markers, and the robot can charge by contact, wirelessly or automatically.
The machine is intended for handling, assembly, inspection and machining tasks, with electronics and semiconductor plants as the reference sectors. Ground and air-space safety protection covers both the moving base and the arm, and a teach pendant is integrated. Before deployment, check that aisles and doors clear the base, 600 mm wide and 1,250 mm long according to the manufacturer, with margin, whether QR codes can be laid on the floor where SLAM alone is not precise enough, and which charging mode fits the site layout. The arm payload is not specified in our data, so it should be confirmed for each application.
Compared with the Elite Robots DC300-06, the HC-X2-B is the heavier-duty choice when the platform must carry large loads such as fixtures or material carts, while the DC300-06 fits narrower aisles. Robot Distribution handles these projects as integrations, from route study to acceptance on the production floor.
