IN BRIEF
Updated · Source: manufacturer's published specifications
The ABB PoWa CRB 1910 is a collaborative robot by ABB Robotics. Key figures published by the manufacturer: payload 11 kg, reach 1,520 mm and axes 6. It also lists ingress protection: IP65 body / IP67 wrist. Robot Distribution supplies it in Europe to buy, rent or as RaaS, with its EU declaration of conformity, from €22,190 ex VAT.
OVERVIEW
PoWa CRB 1910 is ABB’s six-axis collaborative robot built for speed, replacing the discontinued SWIFTI CRB 1300 and CRB 1100; the figures here are for the PoWa 10. According to the manufacturer, it handles up to 11 kg over a 1520 mm wrist reach, repeats to 0.03 mm, weighs 42 kg and reaches tool speeds of 5.8 m/s. The body is rated IP65 and the wrist IP67, and it runs on the OmniCore E10 controller from a 184 × 184 mm footprint.
It targets machine tending, palletizing, welding and material handling where cycle time matters as much as collaboration. Full speed is only usable where the risk assessment allows it, so plan the layout with scanners that slow the robot when someone approaches. A PoWa 13 variant carries 14 kg over 1.34 m for shorter, heavier tasks. The operating range is 5 to 45 °C, which rules out cold storage areas.
Robot Distribution can source PoWa on request and design the cell and its safety concept with a partner integrator.
